Over the past decade and a half, Dr. Anita Sághy has provided full-service legal services and qualified as a corporate lawyer primarily to real estate operators and holding companies and their subsidiaries. As a specialist in labour law, she has also represented employees and employers before courts and authorities. For several years, he also represented and handled the legal affairs of two long-established school cooperatives and their associated temporary employment and recruitment agencies. In addition, he has a significant specialisation in representing clients before courts and authorities in commercial and civil disputes.

She also has a special interest in construction law, real estate law, including condominium contracts, and contracts of sale (exchange, gift) requiring particular expertise. In the course of his practice, he has had the opportunity to participate on several occasions in team projects for the construction of new residential complexes, in which she has been involved in providing legal support to the investor in all phases of the project (land conversions, obtaining building and occupancy permits, establishing condominiums, financing bank project loans, drafting and countersigning sale and purchase agreements with buyers).

In addition, she currently holds the position of Secretary of the Audit Committee of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

As a cooperating lawyer of the law firm KERTÉSZ AND PARTNERS PLLC , she is mainly involved in construction, real estate and classical civil law transactions, as well as in administrative proceedings. She is also responsible for the full legal representation of the investor company in the construction of a multifunctional hall, the only one of its kind in Europe, for the purpose of an international competition, both before the authorities and in cooperation with the construction companies during all phases of the design and construction.
