Dr. László Baranyai, associate attorney and member of the KPLLC Capital Markets Group. László has several years of senior and executive experience in the capital markets field. During his career, he gained professional experience in several investment service providers, credit institutions, which he extended to investment fund management, insurance compliance and legal.

At the Hungarian National Bank, as a supervisory authority, he gained further valuable work experience as head of the area responsible for the licensing procedures for the issuance of securities and the acquisition of influence in listed companies, including participation in the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) working group on takeovers.

In addition to Hungarian, László provides legal services to our clients in English.
